Fascinating! I hope more lawsuits such as this begin to flood the court systems all over the country. In a nutshell, a citizen has filed a class action lawsuit in US District Court stating that consumers of the product since 2008 have been intentionally misled by the label "Natural" on Goldfish Crackers  because they contain GMO soy products. Goldfish are produced by Pepperidge Farms which is owned by Campbells, who contributed to Anti-Prop 37 GMO Labeling campaigns in CA.

We all know ring leader Monsanto and their clientele (such as their buddy Campbells, in this case) own our justice system on State and Federal levels, and that it's an uphill battle of epic proportions. However, if enough consumers inundate the system with class action complaints against all these companies separately, as well as boycott these products, the mighty just may fall, and fall hard...
